Master Segue technology and become a Segue Certified SilkPerformer Engineer (SCSPE)

Objectives

To ensure that consultants, partners, and customers follow a standardized process to achieve certification for SilkPerformer. This process will ensure that candidates will have demonstrated functionality knowledge of the product, the ability to effectively define, implement and execute load tests, generate reports, and interpret the results to provide accurate conclusions and recommendations.

Requirements

Individuals interested in obtaining this certification must fulfill the following requirements:

Step 1

• Successfully complete the Modeling & Implementing Load Tests (MIL) course
                                                  or
  Demonstrate at least three months of load testing experience using SilkPerformer
• Successfully complete the SCSPE Exam 1

Step 2

• Successfully complete the Results Analysis & Correlation (RAC) course. (required)
• Successfully complete the SCSPE Exam 2

Required Tests

SCSPE Exam 1
     - 50 multiple-choice exam (Duration 90 minutes)

SCSPE Exam 2
     - 50 multiple-choice exam  (Duration 90 minutes)
     - Hands on full results analysis (Duration 3 hours)

Grading Policy

SCSPE Exam 1 - 100 pts., 75% to pass

SCSPE Exam 2 - 100 pts., 80% to pass
      - In-class/online exercise completion (35 points)
      - Online multiple choice exam (25 points)
      - Hands-on full analysis (40 points)

• There are no test fees for individuals enrolled in the following courses
       - SilkPerformer - Modeling & Implementing Load Tests (MIL)
       - SilkPerformer - Results Analysis & Correlation (RAC)
   
• SCSPE Exam 1 Standalone (Course manual not included) - $150.00
   
• SCSPE Exam 1 Retake (Course manual not included) - $150.00
   
• SCSPE Exam 2 Standalone - Not Available
   
• SCSPE Exam 2 Retake (Course manual not included) - $200.00
